Objective
Objective of HCDD is to produce competent JPS's personnel via systematic and effective training.
Functions
-
Assist individuals in developing their competencies through training programmes supported by world class infrastructure and facilities.
-
Provide exposure to the latest technologies and best practises to assist in competency development.
-
Integrate career development programme to assist in competency development.
-
Conduct Assessment of competencies to facilitate the process for confirmation, promotion and rewards.
-
Provide training programs to developing countries.
Client Charter
-
Disseminate the scheduled course information by January of each year.
-
Inform all applicants of their status at least two weeks prior to the commencement of course.
-
Conduct Induction Courses and Departmental Examination at least once a year.
-
Conduct Special Departmental Examination once a year.
-
Conduct PTK (Proficiency Level Assessment) Examinations at least two times a year.
-
Make certain at least 90% of the scheduled courses are conducted successfully.
-
Assist at least 8 personnel in a year to develop their career to a higher level in the professional field.
